We sell food that people give their families, so how it is sourced, packed and stored matters as much as how it tastes.

Sourcing

• Our honey is collected by beekeepers and forest-edge collectors we buy from directly.
• Our A2 Gawa Ghee is made in small batches by the traditional bilona method.
• Our Gobindobhog rice is sourced from growers in Bengal.

What we don't add

• No sugar syrup, glucose or jaggery in our honey.
• No preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
• Nothing is blended to stretch volume.

Natural variation

Raw honey granulates and crystallises, and its colour and taste change with the season and the flowers it came from. Ghee firms up in winter and softens in summer. These are signs of unprocessed food, not faults.

Packing and storage

Products are filled into food-grade containers, sealed, and packed to withstand courier handling. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a clean dry spoon each time.

Labelling

Every pack carries the batch, the packing date and the best-before date. Please check these on arrival and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
