Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
- We sell natural, small-batch food products. Colour, texture, aroma and crystallisation vary between batches and seasons — this is normal for unprocessed food and is not a defect.
- Product photographs are indicative. Packaging may change.
- We may correct a price or decline an order if a listing contains an obvious error. If you have already paid, you will be refunded in full.
Orders
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed.
- We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete or undeliverable, or we suspect misuse. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
- Please check your delivery details immediately after ordering. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, the address cannot be changed.
Cash on Delivery
A handling charge of ₹40 applies within West Bengal and ₹80 elsewhere in India. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may mean we offer prepaid payment only on future orders.
